How does it work?

You're out walking down the street.
You notice the police just stopped somebody.
You have the urge to Cop Watch and observe the situation.
You have a camera phone and start taking pictures.
You're either afraid the pictures might be lost if something happens to your phone , or you want to instantly publish the pictures you've taken for everybody else to see.
Quick! TXT message the picture to mobile@CopWatchLA.org You can also include some text (in the message body) of the message(1 picture at a time)
The picture will instantly appear on CopWatchLA.org (unless it is first has to be approved by our moderators)

You can be a CopWatcher no matter where you are by having your camera phone linked directly to CopWatchLA.org
