WEST COVINA POLICE ON A VICIOUS RAMPAGE

AS WEST COVINA POLICE ARRIVED ON SCENE THEY WERE NOTIFIED BY CLUB SECURITY GUARDS THAT THERE WAS A MALE HISPANIC "SHAVED HEAD" ARMED WITH A "GUNN AND A KNIFE" LAST SEEN RUUNING WEST ,SECURITY GUARDS STATED THAT THE MAN WAS ALSO ARMED WITH "ROKS AND BEER BOTTLES" AND WAS THRWOING THEM AT THE SECURITY GUARDS AND THAT THE ALLEGED SUSPECT WAS "THREATNING THEIR LIVES".THE MALE HISPANIC WAS TRYING TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT AS HE AND HIS FRIEND WERE ABOUT TO GET IN THERE CAR, AFTER ONE OF THE MEN HAD BEEN SEVERELY BEATEN UP BY CLUB SECURITY GUARDS.3-4 OFFICERS APROACHED THEM AT GUNN POINT. THE ALLEGED SUSPECTS PUT THEIR HANDS UP AS A SIGN OF SURRENDER.THE OFFICERS THEN HOLSTERED THEIR HAND GUNNS AND DREW THIER X26,000 TASERS.THE OFFICERS PROCCEDED TO TASE ONE OF THE MALE HISPANICS,THE PRONGS STRUCK THE ALLEGED SUSPECT ON HIS LEFT ARMPIT AREA AND LEFT SIDE OF HIS BODY A 3RD OFFICER PUNCHES HIM CLOSED FIST FULL FORCE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS FACE A 4TH OFFICER PULLS OUT HIS DEPARTMENT ISSUIED BATON AND DELIVERS A VICIOUS BLOW THE THE YOUNG MANS HEAD IMMEDIATELY DROPPING HIM TO HIS KNEES AS BLOOD STATERD TO GUCHS OUT THE YOUNG MAN WAS BLEEDING PROFUSELY ALL OVER THE PLACE ONE OF THE OFFICERS KICKS THE YOUNG MAN ON HIS UPPER BACK ,UNABLE TO CATCH HIMSEL DUE TO THE TASING THE YOUNG MAN FALLS ON HIS FACE ,THE 3 WEST COVINA POLICE OFFICERS STARTED TO PUNCH THE YOUNG MAN CLOSED FIST FULL FORCE ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD NECK UPPER EXTREMITIES AS THE 4TH OFFICER HELD THE TASER PUMPING THE ALLEGED SUSPECT FULL OF ELECTRIC VOLTS,AFTER ALMOST BRAKING THE YOUNG MANS LEFT ARM THEY HAND CUFFED HIM AND CONTINUED TO PUNCH THE YOUNG MAN ON THE HAED AND SIDE OF HIS FACE LEAVING HIM ALMOST UNCONCIOUS. AFTER ALL THE VIOLENT ACTS BY THE POLICE OFFICERS THEY REMOVED THEMSELVES FROM THE YOUNG MAN DUE TO ALL THE BLOOD THAT WAS EVERY WERE AFTER CHECKING THEMSELVES AS THE (3 POLICE OFFICERS CHECKED THEM SELVES FOR INJURIES WICH THEY HAD NONE IT WAS JUST THE YOUNG MANS BLOOD ALL ON THIER HANDS AND BODYS)THE 4TH WEST COVINA POLICE OFFICER KNOWING THAT THE PRONGS FROM THE TASER HE HELD WERE STILL ATTACHED TO THE YOUNG MANS BODY HE PROCCEDED TO TASE THE DEFENSELESS "SUSPECT" THAT WAS LAYING IN A PUDLE OF BLOOD SEVERELY BEATEN BY 6-8 PEOPLE INVOLVED FOR ONE 5-6' 160 POUND ALLEGED SUSPECT..HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH???(THERE WERE NO WEOPONS FOUND THIER WAS NO THREATS MADE)
